- Definition: Fantasy in this competition is defined as extravagant and unrestrained imagination, wondrous or strange. Make-up and clothes must compliment the hairstyle. Fantasy designing is appreciated for its technical and artistic application and not designed for commercial value.
- Models should be pre-done except for minor attachments & touch ups.
