This is an open total look fantasy competition for cosmetology students to express their creativity.

  • Definition: Fantasy in this competition is defined as extravagant and unrestrained imagination, wondrous or strange. Make-up and clothes must compliment the hairstyle. Fantasy designing is appreciated for its technical and artistic application and not designed for commercial value.
  • Models should be pre-done except for minor attachments & touch ups.
  • Contestant, Model & 1 Assistant are may enter with this registration
