In the Black & Brown communities the Beauty & Barber professionals are an important part of the culture. Exemplifying the real meaning of entrepreneurship, business ownership, community service, leaders and servitude.
Earker Coleman owner of BUOR began Beauty and the Barber Awards to acknowledge the individual and collective value these unsung heroes contribute to the lives of the communities they serve.
Portion of proceeds benefit City Wide Beauticians & Barbers Association Scholarship Fund (Financial Awards given to Beauty & / or Barber School Students)
